Social media addiction is when someone spends too much time using social media platforms. Their use of social media is so much that it interferes with their daily life. Getting connected with all your friends on Facebook, following the latest trends on Twitter, Snapchatting all your activities, it feels good to do all these things almost whole day. But we are missing out one thing that by doing all this, we are not the trendsetters, but we are getting addicted to social media. Which leads to anxiety and depression in the longer run.
In this lesson, I will share few things or practices that help you get rid of this addiction. Getting rid of any addiction is not hard it is just your commitment that matters.
