Portable AC is new product category, so we need to educate audience, why are devices better than AC and Fans.

The growing trend of Eco-friendly products (our devices are more efficient and eco-friendly than rivals),Increase in average annual temperature

What are the advantages and strengths of your competitors? 
Our competitors are: Air Conditioners, Fans, Portable air coolers. Air Conditioners strengths: cool entire room, the ability to set needed temperature in the room. Fans strengths: cheap, easy to use.


What are the weaknesses of your competitors? 
Air Conditioners weaknesses: consume a lot of energy (high electricity bills), sitting near AC is dangerous for health, not eco-friendly, expensive (solution and installation). Fans weaknesses: blowing air without cooling, noisy, blowing staff around. 


Have you conducted any marketing activities before?  
Yes, different facebook ads campaigns, but it was hard for us to scale them.


Do you currently carry out any marketing activities? 
Yes, several facebook ads campaigns.
