TASK:  Our new topic is about MONTHS. Do you know all 12 of them?  Watch the next video, learn how to say the months and see what happens during each month of the year.  

TASK:  

• Find all 12 months in the wordsearch.
• Write each of the months out correctly.  Check your spelling with the words in your wordsearch.  Don't guess how to write them.  
• Use NEAT and TIDY handwriting.
• At the end, match the month with the correct number.
• Happy writing.

GAME:  Revise the months by playing the online game and putting the months in order.  Make it more fun by timing each group and see who can play it the quickest. 

TASK: 

• Watch the video on how to interview your friends and family and ask them when their birthday is.  The video shows you how to write the information that you get from your interview in a sentence.
• You should now practice interviewing the children in your class.  Get as many interviews done in 3 minutes and record your answers in the MY BIRTHDAY CALENDAR worksheet.
• Now use the information from your birthday calendar and make up good sentences about your friends and family.  Use your birthday calendar  worksheet to make sure you use the correct spelling.
