MODULE
*LESSON 11: THE MITTEN

TASK:  Listening exercise

Teacher shows the children the masks one by one and talks about each of the animals.

Who is this?

Is it a big animal or is it small?

Does it fly, swim, walk,...?

What does it look like?  Does it have a tail, long ears?  What colour is it?

Is it loud or quiet?

Make sure the children are familiar with the names of the animals as they will have to listen out for them during the play.  Let them echo a few times.
