The TABSE Next Generation Youth Leadership Academy has three components of youth and leadership development: Discovery, Exposure, and Leadership. This module offers introductory activities for Self Discovery. Leaders may select a minimum three activities to use during the first month of TABSE NGYLA meeting.
In modules I and II, students learned to identify their values and goals. Module III will guide them through creating and polishing their image. Students will learn how to effectively communicate their goals and seek opportunities for improvement and support.
